EVERETT (CBS) – Encore Boston Harbor announced its plans for reopening with coronavirus protections on Monday, though no date has been decided yet for business to return. If everything goes according to the plan as approved this week by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, Wynn Boston Harbor Casino will be opening on or around June 29. Thus, will end an extraordinary closure of the casino which began on March 15 when the Coronavirus began hitting us with full force.
The Boston area's only full casino plans to reopen this month.
Encore Boston Harbor in Everett announced Thursday that it intends to open back up on Sunday, July 12, pending approval of the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
MGM Springfield, the state's other full casino, plans to open the following day.
